Sustainability Problem and Proposed Solution: 

Students who participate in PICA learn that healthy food is not just about personal choice or will power; it is about access. PICA is a space for learning hands-on sustainable living practices that focus on allowing people to gain access to their local food system through gardening skills, social justice issues, and conscious cooking.
